Undoubtedly the most exotic stuff since the creation of this series, the Feca Water / Air / Heal has the advantage of being able to play in two elements, apart from intelligence ... and to heal on top of that!

This stuff, seemingly without tail nor head is in fact a nugget of originality, which will surprise more than one. The objective is to take advantage of the healing bonus of the Ilyzaelle set to heal with the Mallefisk Wand while being Water / Air. So certainly it's not worth a real Intelligence character, but it's still nice to enjoy the benefits of Water / Air healing a minimum.
Character level we put 100 in intell to heal a little more.

The alternatives
We can move the shield and take an Ilyzaelle amulet to keep the pano bonus which is the root of the build.
From there, Voldelor belt, Hel munster cape, ... make your own feca!
