How to position yourself and what strategy to adopt against the Krugs.
The neutral monsters of Teamfight Tactics are an opportunity to collect items and strengthen your team. We explain the best strategy to adopt to emerge victorious from each of your fights against these creatures.
Guide: All Neutral Monsters
The Krugs
Krugs are particularly annoying opponents, especially for compositions based on area damage. They have two particularities: they are very resistant and they recover all their HPs if one of them is killed. This means there is no need to spread your units and damage across multiple Krugs at once. It's best to focus on one at a time.
How to position yourself:
The Krugs are three in number, two on the left and one on the right. We strongly recommend that you move your composition to the right side of the board, to ensure that all your allies will attack the isolated Kkrug.
If you have assassins, keep them on the left side of the board and they will jump directly on the right Krug at the start of the fight. Place your strongest unit on the first row, as far left as possible. It will thus take the damage of the two other Krugs which will come towards you while you try to kill the first one.
If you have any anti-heal items or abilities, such as the morellonomicon, you can prevent Krugs from healing themselves. You can then easily beat them even with area spells.
