When you create a character in Dofus, you can learn 20 spells, but you should certainly know that there are other spells obtainable in various ways. Get ready, there is a long way!
So we find ourselves with a brand new Dofus guide that will introduce you to these special spells!
1 - The special class spell
If you are a relatively experienced Dofus player, you certainly already have this spell, but for others, all classes have a spell that can be learned by going to a class temple. Each class has a different spell with a different effect, I'll let you find out which is yours.
There you will have to speak to the NPC who guards the Dopples (to recognize him, his name ends in "Peule"), and ask him to train with a Dopple. If you emerge victorious from the fight, you will recover a Doplon which you can exchange for your class spell with the merchant of the temple who is in the same room as the first NPC.
Note: It is no longer necessary to go to the temple of his class. So choose a dopple that you will defeat easily.
2 - Flamiche
Flamiche is one of the spells that you must have, especially if you are an intelligence-oriented character or even if you have enough damage since it allows you to inflict 8 to 10 damage at max level for 2 dp points. 'action.
It is possible to loot the parchment allowing you to learn Flamiche during fights against Diabolic Dandelions or Gargoyles (0,1% and 0,5% probability).
Otherwise, you can trade it at the Temple of Alliances for 1000 nuggets, which you can get by doing alliance vs alliance PvP.
If you are rich enough, you can get it by buying it from the document market since the scroll is a tradable item.
3 - Soul Capture
Soul Capture is another essential spell, it allows you to capture the soul of a monster at the end of a fight to then fight it in the arena and win loot and xp a second time. In addition, it is necessary to obtain the Ocher Dofus.
To get it you will have to overcome the dungeon of bulbs, located in Pandala. You will need to go to this dungeon accompanied since it is necessary to place its characters on several tiles in a room.
4 - Weapon Mastery
Another essential spell, whether in PvP or PvM, it will allow you to boost the damage of your weapons for two turns with a cooldown of 4 turns for 2 Pa.
You will find the spell at the end of the blacksmith dungeon, prepare a small team of level 60-70 or go alone if you are at least level 90.
5 - Release
This is the last special spell you must have, when used it pushes back all enemies around you by 3 to 4 cells for 3 Pa. It is all the more useful if you are a class without a spell. recoil since it will often be your only option to flee the melee. This spell has a recast time of 2 at maximum level.
You can get it by looting demonic roses with a drop rate of 0,1% or by exchanging it for 500 sand roses at the Treasure Chest (obtained as a reward from treasure hunts).
Like flamiche, the spell is in the form of a parchment and is therefore purchasable at the document sales house.
6 - Lightning strike
Already much less useful, lightning allows you to inflict fire damage in an area with a radius of 2 around your character. It is not widely used since it can only be used in melee and the melee classes have much more suitable spells.
You can get it by loot on Wild Sunflowers and Bwork Mage (0,1% and 1%). Just like liberation, it is exchangeable at the Treasure Chest for 500 sand roses.
7 - Cawwot
If you like PvP or tackle tough dungeons and want to protect yourself behind a wall like the cowardly crâs, the Cawwot might be a great option. In fact, this spell allows you to summon a Cawwot which, at the start of the turn, heals the characters placed on the squares adjacent to itself. But it is mainly used to block lines of sight and protect against ranged attacks.
You can get it by providing 100 Cawwots (loot on wabbits) to Hungry Wob on Wabbit Island.
8 - Invocation of Chaferfu:
This summon has very little use except in some cases in PvP, the summoned Chaferfu has the utility of sticking the enemy and preventing them from playing as they want (although they might as well run into you on it), its damage is negligible and of little use in PvM. On a critical hit, you can summon a Lancer Chaferfu which is a kind of super Chaferfu.
You can get this spell at the end of the Chafer dungeon, which you can complete from lvl 60.
9 - Invocation of Arakne:
A second invocation, which has a utility similar to that of the Chaferfu except that the Arakne is less weak and will be able to recognize its allies from its enemies. Again just like the Chaferfu, on a critical hit you will summon a Major Arakne.
You can get it by killing a group of Arakne located in the attic of the house in [11,8] but it only reappears every 12 hours. If you are looking even more complicated, you can loot the scroll of the spell from the Guardian of the Sewers, a strong, powerful and rare monster with a chance of only 0,5% of the loot. Since the arrival of the Almanax you can also exchange 200 Almatons for the scroll at the Temple of the Almanax.
10 - Mount Capture:
It is possible to capture the wild Dragoturkeys found on Koalak Mountain with this spell. The capture process is quite complicated, so I'll let you figure that out for yourself. The Dragoturkeys you will get will allow you to start breeding.
To obtain the spell you will need to prepare 50 kaliptus leaves and 50 kaliptus flowers and go to the end of the Koulosse dungeon where you can exchange your resources for the spell.
11 - Hammer of Moon:
The Hammer of Moon is a fairly complicated spell to obtain since you will have to defeat the Moon, which is not only complicated to defeat (plan for several characters of level 120-130 minimum) but also difficult to access. Just like for capturing Dragoturkeys, the path to the Moon would require a guide on its own, so I'll let you find out.
When used, Moon's Hammer will inflict good air damage at a distance of 4 to 7 squares and reduce the target's range by 1 for 5 turns.
12 - Treacherous Boomerang:
Another difficult spell to obtain, this one will please the Ecaflips since it is very risky. Treacherous Boomerang inflicts 31 to 40 damage in a random element (fire, air, water or earth) with a range of 5 to 8 squares.
To get it you will have to get 10 boomerangs from 4 different Koalaks (Sanguine Koalak, Dok Alako, Warko Brown and Master Koala) then go to the end of the Skeunk Lair which is a difficult dungeon reserved for characters of minimum level 170 .
