While walking through the Elden Ring underground, you can sometimes come across objects called "Golden Seed" and "Tear of Life". These two items allow you to increase the power of the Sacred Vial and also to increase the number that you are able to carry on your person as you discover them, thus facilitating your progress in the adventure.
If you want to survive in Elden Ring, the best thing is to stack the odds in your favor. We advise you to collect these items as soon as possible to improve your vial of healing and magic. When you have found enough Golden Seeds or are in possession of Tears of Life, rest at a Grace Site to upgrade your Healing Flask. Note that at the start of the game, you can choose a golden seed as a souvenir when creating your character… This is not recommended, you should know that to completely improve your vial you need to find 30 seeds in total while the map has many more.
Once you exceed the limit of thirty seeds, you cannot use any more to increase the number of healing vials you can carry. The maximum is 14 vials which you can split between HP vial or CP vial.
