The teams at 343 Industries recently kicked off Halo Infinite Season 2 with a massive update dubbed “lone wolves”. Enough to allow fans and players who camp on the multiplayer part of the software to fill up on content. This update, which has been deployed since May 3, 2022, is intended to be quite massive, with a patch note with multiple modifications. If your goal is to play Halo Infinite this weekend, we highly recommend that you fire up your game console or PC to install it today. We are still talking about 12 to 17 GB to download depending on the medium you are playing on.
Back on the servers, you will be able to discover the two new multiplayer maps, Catalyst and Breakers as well as the three new game modes including the last surviving Spartan or the general fight. Players wishing to obtain rewards over time can opt for the premium battle pass which also allows them to have a return on investment since 1000 credits (game currency) are to be recovered by progressing through the different levels. What interests us here, however, is above all the two rewards promised to all players, even those who do not opt for the paid version of the pass... Indeed, everyone has the possibility of recovering the two sets of free armors, namely, Rakshasa & Eaglestrike.
How to get the two new free armor sets (Rakshasa & Eaglestrike) in Halo Infinite Season 2:
When Halo Infinite's 'Lone Wolves' Season 2 launches, you have the option to unlock the Rakshasa Epic Armor Core first. To do this, you'll need to swap and equip the correct pass in Halo Infinite's menus. First, go to the challenges and season passes sub-menu in the upper corner of the multiplayer menu and select "Change battle pass" to select the one corresponding to the second season "lone wolves".
To get the Rakshasa Core, you need to progress to Tier 6 of the Season 2 Pass. You will progress by completing daily and weekly challenges. For the Eaglestrike armor, you will have to be a little more patient since it will be unlockable from Tuesday May 24 to Monday May 30, 2022 through the dedicated event called "Fracture Entrenched". Throughout the event, you will have to complete the small challenges marked in orange to earn exp in the dedicated pass. If you don't have an orange challenge available, just wait for the renewal in your list. Please note that as with all Halo Infinite cosmetic items, Rakshasa & Eaglestrike armor will not give you any advantage in future multiplayer games, these are merely visual appearances (skins).
