Apart from that, there is not much new to put in your mouth, except for a rather controlled 3D effect, quite soft because it does not multiply the indigestible camera rotations, and which gives this simulation life an even more realistic side. With the added bonus of improved voice detection, allowing you to give orders to animals. From the launch, with these three little puppies putting their paws on the screen, it's hard not to fall for these little faces more real than life. The ears quiver, the hairs stand up when the hand adapts to the body of your pooch during caresses. This realism thus causes an addiction that pushes us to take care of our animal as if it were real and we can already imagine the reaction of young players to the idea of being able to have fun with these virtual animals more true to nature. However, it is fashionable to remember that this sequel does not add much to the concept and that owners of the first game may see a simple duplicate here. Obviously, the rules of the game have not changed. It is always a question of completely taking care of your little puppy. Feed it, wash it, brush it, teach it tricks, play it, train it, walk it, feed it, wash it, etc. You will also have to train your animal so that it knows how to sit, play dead or turn in circles, thanks to a few movements with the stylus and a vocal appellation corresponding to the movement. It is then up to you to name the action manually on the keyboard, presented in the form of an SMS dial if desired. Nintendo has definitely identified its target!
Adoption or SPA?
Also at your disposal, a good number of shops to immerse your doggie in the hell of fashion and buy him the latest cap, necklace or sunglasses; without forgetting the supermarket for food and toys. And money aside, you'll need it if you want to welcome new companions into your living room! Another little puppy, but also – and this is the novelty of the year – an inevitably adorable little ball of fur, that is to say a cat. But cats are well known, they are less cuddly and wilder... So these dear felines will spend most of their time lounging on their side, while you try to teach your champion a new trick. . Granted, they're not much use, but their absolutely adorable faces and their wiggling ears are well worth falling for. Note also that there are only three breeds of cats in the kennel (not even Felix black & white!). It is little and it is regrettable, even if once again, the interactivity will be here whatever happens rather limited. It is therefore impossible to train them, unlike your dog, which you can then take part in the obedience and training competition! You will then need to use the card supplied with the console to initiate the principle of augmented reality. Your dog will therefore compete directly in your living room! Finally, the little extra of the pedometer allows you to switch the console to standby mode and slip it into your pocket when you go for a walk, in order to literally walk your dog, and your console at the same time.
