Once you've built the heart of your castle in the "V Rising" game and done the basic construction, you can hunt down your first V-Blood wielder, the alpha wolf that roams the woods of Farbane. After which the game will let you know that it's time for you to improve all this with the quest "expanding my domain" which will allow you to further expand your vampiric kingdom.
For this, you will need some copper ingots as well as leather, you will need twelve of each! With no detailed explanation of this in-game, it can be difficult for the first few hours to figure out where to get copper to smelt into copper ingots, and where to find leather! In this guide, we show you how to get these two important materials from V Rising very simply.
How to get copper and turn the material into copper ingots in V Rising:
Copper is quite simple to locate. Look for a pebble (as pictured below) that looks orange and start mining it with a reinforced bone mass. Then go back to your castle and build the furnace (visible in the production / refining tab of the construction mode). You will need 480 Stone Chunks and 60 Copper Ore. Once the furnace has been set up in your vampiric domain, interact with it and place all the copper ore in your possession to convert it into copper ingots. You need 20 pieces of copper to make a single ingot. While the furnace is working, go collect the leather!
What to do to get leather in survival game V Rising on PC:
Obtaining leather is a little more complicated… You can clearly turn several minutes on the MAP without ever finding any and here is the reason! To get leather, you will have to hunt down a carrier of Blood V. Then interact with your "blood altar" and choose to hunt down the blood of "Keely the Frost Archer". Once you defeat him, you will unlock a new structure, the Tannery which will then allow you to turn animal hides into leather.
You need 16 animal skins to get a piece of leather. Once you have everything you need, all you have to do is interact with the heart of your castle to improve it with your twelve copper ingots and your twelve pieces of leather.
