| Ike is the leader of a mercenary band and the hero of two episodes of Fire Emblem. In Smash Bros. Ultimate, he uses his very long sword to deliver devastating blows from a good distance. His attacks are powerful and eject very far, but the counter-hit leaves him vulnerable for quite a while after each attack. This is the easiest heavy character to handle for beginners. | |||

Eruption | |
| Plunges his sword into the ground, creating a huge column of explosive flames. Ike also takes damage if the attack is fully charged. | |||

Ether | |
| Throws his sword in the air, jumps to catch it, then brings it down to the ground. | |||

Great Ether | |
| Ike propels his opponents into the air and punches him numerous times. As a finale, he falls to the ground in a great swing of his sword, knocking the opponent down with him in a big explosion. The first hit has little range, but can hit multiple opponents. | |||
