Chapter 7: Judge, Juror, Executioner
Lagos, Archon of Arkadia, has placed a large bounty on your head. He is also a member of the cult. Two good reasons to settle his account. On the other hand, if Myrrine wants to see her blood flow, Brasidas does not believe that Lagos can be a man corrupted by evil.
If you believe in Brasidas' theory, you can do the quest #White Lie and Vile Blackmail, which will allow you to change the outcome of this quest. You will also need to have refused to kill the Horse Dealer in the theater during Chapter 5.
For the rest, it is a classic execution. Find Lagos in Fort Samikon and go to his room to confront him. You can then kill him or forgive him, if you followed Brasidas' advice.
Whatever happens, you learn the identity of its leader and that of the traitor king of Sparta: Pausanias.
The kings of Sparta have forbidden you to return to Sparta until you have completed your two labors. So you won't be able to face Pausanias until you've been to the Olympics and won the war in Boethia.
