Modern Warfare 2 will not be the only Call of Duty to be released at the end of 2022. A brand new Warzone will also arrive before the end of the year! This is not yet another content update, but a new Call of Duty simply called “Warzone 2.0”. Like the first Warzone game, it will be a "free to play" which means that players can download it for free and play without limits on PlayStation consoles, Xbox and obviously on PC.
Things like weapons, skins or even operators will be unlocked through the traditional battle pass. Warzone 2.0 will also work hand in hand with the long-awaited “Modern Warfare 2” which will be released shortly before. When is the new Call of Duty Warzone 2.0 coming out and how is the MAP AL Mazrah:
AL Mazrah will be the new battlefield of Warzone 2.0, a map that will offer no less than 18 points of interest with a geography that is more diverse than ever if we are to believe the statements of the teams working on the game. by a huge metropolitan area with coastal cities, depots, deserts, underground spaces, and many more to explore by land, air, or even sea.
With Warzone 2.0, players will be able to find some central elements that made all the charm of the original experience, including a new Gulag or improved buying stations. In Warzone 2.0's Gulag, for example, players will have to work alongside a randomly chosen opponent from the game who has also been eliminated in an attempt to gain an extra life and be redeployed above AL Mazrah, knowing that a Once you've both respawned, you become each other's enemies again.
There will also be new features like the circle that normally delimits the playing area. This time instead of a massive circle surrounding the map, you will see smaller circles appearing which divide as the match progresses. Which will require players to move around differently compared to the first Warzone. While exploring the different areas of Al Mazrah, players may come across areas that are defended by AI enemies that are part of a new faction. This will have the effect of making the games on AL Mazrah more lively and dynamic even when calm seems to reign and there are no other players around.
