Destiny 2 was honored with another weekly reset bringing a number of changes to event rotations such as Nightfalls and other challenges, even raid modifiers. Fans of the Destiny franchise have continued to thrive in places of big loot and rewards for many years and will certainly continue to grow with the release of The Witch Queen expansion in the future. This guide article will walk you through all the key changes with the Destiny 2 weekly reset happening every Tuesday at 10:00 AM PT, 13:00 PM ET, and 18:00 PM BST.

Nightfall – The Trial: The Corrupted

This week, players will complete The Corrupted for their weekly Nightfall which can go hand-in-hand with Taken and Hive bounties that you may need to complete. Nightfall modifiers and modes are shown here:

Nightfall: Adept

• Denial — Taken Vandals summon their shields to protect them much more often.

Nightfall: Heroic

• Denial — Taken Vandals summon their shields to protect them much more often.
• Champions: Unstoppable – This mode contains unstoppable champions, which cannot be stopped without an unstoppable mod.
• Champions : surcharge – This mode contains overload champions, which cannot be stopped without an overload mod in action.
• Champions: price – This mode contains both Unstoppable and Overload champions, which cannot be stopped without an Unstoppable or Overload mod, notably respectively.
• The Durance of Sedia — Arc damage will be increased. Knockback damage and distance are also increased.

Nightfall: Legend

• All previous modifiers that have been mentioned.
• Equipment Locked — You will not be able to change your gear after starting the raid so make sure you are prepared.
• Matching game — Enemy shields will be highly resistant to all unmatched elemental damage.
• Legend modifiers – Locked loading, match play and additional shields.

Nightfall: Master

• All previous modifiers that have been mentioned.
• Famine — All ammo drops are greatly reduced.
• Main modifiers – Champions: Mob and Locked Loadout, Match Game et Extra Shields
• Champions: the crowd — This mode will contain additional champions.

Nightfall: Grandmaster

• Switch off — If your squad falls into a restricted area, everyone is returned to orbit.
• resurrect limited — There will be limited fireteam revives. Additional revives can be obtained by defeating champions.
• Grandmaster Modifiers – Extinction, Limited Revive, Contest, Join In Progress Disabled, Champions: Mob, Locked Loadout, Match Game and Extra Shields all active.

The Nightfall rewards are:

• The least of the horrors – Nightfall’s exclusive pulse rifle (drop).
• A Powerful Tier 1 Reward — 3 points can be earned by completing races. Higher difficulties will give you more points for completing them.
• The Pinnacle Award — Can be earned by reaching a score of 100.

Upward Challenges

The Destiny 2 weekly reset will see two ascending challenges introduced, these are named: Shattered Ruins and Spine of Keres which players can choose to complete during the week if they wish. Many rewards will be offered to collect during the completion of the activity.

Destiny 2 Weekly Reset Activities

This week, all of the following activities are available to players:

European Activities

• Eclipsed area: Cadmus ridge
• Exo Challenge: Simulation: Agility: Simulated Skill Training: Test your dexterity as you move against the Vex.
• Empire Hunt: The Warrior: Defeat the military commander of Eramis, Phylaks, the Warrior.

Legacy activities

Activities on the Moon (requires Shadowkeep expansion):

• Wandering Nightmare: Nightmare of Xortal, Sworn of Crota (Sorrow's Harbour)
  Trove Guardian is in the anchor of light
• Nightmare Hunt: Isolation: Defeat Taniks' Nightmare, the Scarred.
• Nightmare Hunt: Rage: Defeat Dominus Ghaul's Nightmare.
• Nightmare Hunt: Servitude: Defeat the Nightmare of Zydron, Lord of the Gate.

Activities within The Dreaming City (requires Forsaken expansion):

• Petra can be located and found in the Divalian Mists.
• The Oracle Engine is the weekly mission.

Additionally, the Crucible rotation for the week is Clash.
