The Great Ape Oozaru form is the ultimate form for Saiyans at this point in the series, with Vegeta creating a moon projection to become the Great Ape to face Goku after struggling to defeat him. Vegeta grows tired of it and decides to pull out the big guns, leaving Goku to face an enemy much bigger than himself in the game's second Oozaru confrontation.
How to Beat Great Ape Oozaru Vegeta
Great Ape Vegeta shows off his power very quickly by trying to blast you with his Super Mouth Cannon, which is literally ringing. That giant blast from his mouth shoots straight in front of him and you don't want to get in his way. Make sure to avoid this whenever he tries to use it and approach him when you can.
Up close, start attacking him wherever you can, dealing damage all over his body. During the attack, also watch out for his attacks, as he will try a few tactics. One will be to slip and break past him, so try to get away from those attacks if you can.
The most dangerous besides the Super Mouth Cannon is when it jumps in the air. At this point it can land on you and do a lot of damage. Whenever you see him jump in the air, start backing up by pressing X on PS4 repeatedly as often as you can.
As long as you can avoid Vegeta's Super Mouth Cannona and his jump attack, you shouldn't have too much trouble. Just like with Great Ape Gohan, Great Ape Vegeta's health bar drops very quickly and you shouldn't have to worry about him for too long.
