Explore the mouth in World of Warcraft Shadowlands would be impossible without the broker, Ve'nari, and as you increase your reputation with her and you will have access to more of her vital products. There are several ways to increase your reputation with Ve'nari, but you'll need to keep your Eye of the Jailer meter in mind while you do it.
Reputation with Ve'nari in Shadowlands is increased by killing rare enemies and completing quests.
Ve'nari has more than her fair share of items for sale, but they're all stuck behind leveling her reputation. There are a handful of ways to increase your reputation with her in Shadowlands, but all of them will increase your Eye of the Jailer meter. At rank 5, you won't gain reputation or stygia (the currency used to buy Ve'nari wares) anymore, so you need to have a plan of action every time you fall into the maw.
The most effective way to increase your reputation with Ve'nari in Shadowlands is to complete quests. At first, she will have a few story quests to complete, but eventually you will need to increase your reputation with her to unlock more. To start, eliminate them, then focus on the daily quests that appear in the Maw. Eventually, you'll increase your reputation with Ve'nari to the next rank, at which point additional story quests and weekly quests will become available.
Weekly quests reward the most reputation, but they also raise your Eye of the Jailer by one rank once you complete them. These are followed by daily quests and then random "lore" quests that can drop regular and rare enemies into the Maw. Speaking of rare enemies, they also reward Ve'nari reputation. They also increase your Eye of the Jailer meter. The rarer the monster, the more reputation you'll earn, with common rare "special encounters" offering the smallest amount, and the hardest to spawn the most.
Below is a Burningbamf chart on WoWHead that displays all sources of reputation, the amount of reputation gained, the amount your Eye of the Jailer meter will increase (each rank takes 1000 points to achieve), and the general amount of Reputation earned per eye point. To sum it up: focus on your quests first and then start hunting for rare spawns and other sources of reputation. Once you reach Eye 5 rank, you're done for the day, so step into the maw with a plan and commit.
